How do I get my pictures ?
Prints are delivered within 2-3 day only.
But at the moment we are only able to deliver prints to the following countries: Austria, Germany, Swizzerland !
This is going to be updated by summer.
Digital Pictures are available as soon as your payment arrives.
For getting your digital pictures, please log in with your e-mail adress and your password at the very top of our site. After that you are in your personal account and you see "my pictures". Here are all your digital pictures that you bought. You can download them anytime.
How can I register?
You can register immediately by clicking on "register now" or you can register during the process of your order.
Please don't forget to type in your adress to get the foto prints if you are in one of the following countries: Austria, Germany, Swizzerland
I forgot my password!
No problem. You can get a new password anytime by clicking on "new password" at the point you want to register.
Do you send all pictures to my home ?
In case you ordered prints like 10x15cm or 20x30cm ect, your prints will be delivered within just 1-2 days right to your home! (Prints are only available in Autria, Germany and Swizerland at the moment.)
Your digital pictures, like the pictures from your FOX FLAT, will not be delivered to your home. You can download these pictures immediately after ordering via credit card. When you payed via prepay you can download your pictures as soon as your payment arrives at your bank account.
